Our story
Olim was formed in 2022 by Owner Ben Kenyon who is an experienced Recruitment professional with over a decade’s worth of involvement in the Construction Industry and Built Environment. Having worked for some of the region’s most recognised Recruitment Companies Ben has gained invaluable skills and knowledge of how to start, grow and sustain a healthy business whilst maintaining excellent working relationships with both Clients and Candidates. He wants the Olim brand to be driven by trust, honesty, and integrity which he feels can sometimes be lacking within the Industry.

Olim Recruitment offers its client partners a full and comprehensive service from start to finish. Our mission is to take the stress out of the process. We do this through communication, in-depth analysis of the market, and detailed feedback throughout on all candidates submitted. Our services do not stop there. Here at Olim, we understand that the recruitment process doesn’t stop when we identify the right candidate and in fact is only just beginning. We will remain in contact with the candidate from the moment they receive their contract to three months after they commence employment. We find that we can act as a conduit between employee and employer and iron out any issues at the source.

Ben Kenyon
Director Profile:
After finishing University in 2009 Ben travelled the world and worked at a variety of companies before entering into Recruitment in 2012. His first role in Recruitment was with a small Construction Recruiter based in the heart of Birmingham. From here his real passion for the industry grew and over the coming years became a respected and trusted name in the Construction and Built Environment sector. Having led teams at both Divisional Manager and Regional Manager levels it was clear that Ben has the ambition and drive to set up and grow his own recruitment company.
